1. What are eyelash extensions?

Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent procedures where a synthetic lash is adhered professionally with clinical-grade adhesive to each individual lash of your own.

2. Why should I consider eyelash extensions?

You should consider eyelash extensions because they help to brighten up your eyes by making your lashes look lush, fuller and longer. Unlike the mascara, with eyelash extensions, you will not risk enduring embarrassing episodes of smudged accidents!

More importantly, it saves you time. It shaves time off your usual makeup routine as you no longer need to wear mascara. You’ll be trading in your morning makeup mirror time for things you actually enjoy, like sleep, breakfast – or coffee! Because with eyelash extensions on, you always wake up beautiful.

3. How long will my eyelash extensions last?

It will last the full cycle of your natural lash cycle. A person’s natural lash typically falls out every 60-90 days and will be replaced with a new eye lash. Every lash is at a different growth stage, therefore some may start falling off soon after your lash extension application and other will last for many weeks. Usually, you will need a touch up by the third or fourth week.

4. When and how often should I book for my refills?

I recommend eyelash extensions to be touched up every 3-4 weeks to ensure the fullness of your lashes. Usually, I will consider refills during and after the 5th week as a brand new set.

6. Can I remove my eyelash extensions if I no longer want them?

Do not attempt to remove eyelash extensions yourself – pulling the false lashes will also pull out natural lashes. Eyelash extensions must be removed professionally using solvent designed specially for dissolving eyelash adhesive to ensure no damage is caused to your lashes. Please make an appointment with me for me to remove your eyelash extensions safely.

8. What should I prepare before the appointment?

Please come without any eye makeup. Avoid any oil-based product on and around the eyes. If you wear waterproof mascara, please discontinue use 3 day prior to your appointment. Wash your hair before the lash extensions because you will not be able to wet your lashes for the first 24 hours after application. Try not to wear your contact lenses too.

10. How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
